Rob B Hood

Jackie Chan once again released his new movie titled as Rob-B-Hood. It looks like Jackie Chan wants to play in different theme in his movie. He wants to add more of drama instead of bigger portion of action. If you watched Jackie Chan’s movie of the new police story, he already try to add a drama into his movie, even though, it was not as much as Rob B Hood. This time, he plays along with Louis Koo and share the acting with him. Not like his previous movies, he took most of the percentage of all the actions.

Plot
Jackie Chan plays as Fong Ka Ho along with Louis Koo as Octopus and the Landlord played by Michael Hui. The three of them are thieves who always work together. Fong Ka Ho and Octopus are usually served as a field officer, while the Landlord has the responsibility to find a job and also as a supervisor from outside. Although, all three have a lot of money through the thefts they do, their lives are far away from satisfactory stage. They have a lot of problems with their own families.

Thong always arguing with his father who does not agree that he becomes a robber and a gambler. Meanwhile, Octopus is keep trying to divorce his wife because he wanted to go out with many women. The last one is the Landlord. He got a headache because of his wife is losing her mind because she wants to have a child very badly.

On a mission, they are ordered to kidnap a baby boy from a rich tycoon and submitted to the head of gangsters. An accident happens, and therefore, the police are arresting and temporarily detained the Landlord. Thong and Octopus have to take care of the baby for a while, while waiting for the landlord gets out from jail and make a contact with the head of gangsters.

We can imagine how much troubles faced by Thong and Octopus to take care the baby. Slowly but sure, they are falling in love with the baby. When the time came to deliver the baby, Thong and Octopus are decided to take the baby back from the gangster. The fights are begun to safe the baby from the gangsters.

Conclusion
Although, there are only a few action scenes in this movie, it does not mean it has a bad quality of actions. In fact, we still can see the high quality of action ala Jackie Chan in this movie. We can see the stunts when Jackie Chan is chasing the baby in the roller coaster. Also some injuries are shown at the end of the movie.
In overall, the acting and the character shown by Jackie Chan and Louis Koo are excellent. They can turn on the humor of these two characters. Surely, I highly recommended for you to watch this movie. It’s a great movie of Jackie Chan with a combination of Comedy, Drama and Action.
